Is concierge different from a security guard?
Yes, the concierge is the first line of defence between visitors and residents. They understand who lives in the location and is the expert of the building for a smooth experience for residents.
Static Guard
Uniformed, unarmed officers stationed at your property to control access, deter incidents and respond to what happens on site.
Every posting starts with a site review: entry points, traffic patterns, the hours that actually need covering, and who the officer escalates to.

Static Guard — common questions
Are your guards armed?
No. Our officers are unarmed and trained to observe, document, de-escalate and escalate to the appropriate authority.
How quickly can a guard be placed on site?
For most Metro Vancouver sites we can begin coverage within 24 to 48 hours once the scope and post orders are agreed.
Do you provide reports?
Yes. Every shift produces a documented report, and incidents include photo evidence where appropriate.
Mobile Patrol
Marked patrol vehicles covering multiple sites on randomized schedules, so presence is visible without the cost of a full-time posting.

How often will the patrol visit?
Visit frequency is set in your program. Timing is randomized within it so the schedule cannot be predicted from outside.
Do I get proof the patrol happened?
Yes. Each visit produces a GPS-stamped report with photos of the checks performed.

Who watches the cameras?
Our own Monitoring Control Centre, staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Monitoring is not subcontracted.
How long is footage kept?
Up to three months, depending on the system configuration and the retention your site requires.
Fire-Watch
Trained security personnel provide dedicated fire-watch coverage when fire protection systems are offline, impaired, or under repair—helping protect occupants, identify hazards, and maintain documented compliance requirements.
- Monitoring for fire hazards, smoke, heat, and unsafe conditions
